Texas Speed & Performance Mopar 6.4L MDS Delete Kit

The Texas Speed & Performance MDS Delete Kit includes everything needed to remove the factory MDS (Multi-Displacement System) from Mopar 6.4L engines when upgrading to a non-MDS camshaft. This kit improves reliability, eliminates common valvetrain failures, and prepares your engine for consistent performance.

• TSP Timing Cover Gasket Set (Seal + Gasket Only)
• TSP HEMI Cylinder Head Bolt Kit
• TSP HEMI Valve Cover Gaskets w/ Spark Plug Tube Seals
• OE Style Non-MDS Lifters w/ Retainers (Set of 16)
• Mahle HEMI Water Pump Gasket
• TSP HEMI Balancer Bolt

Tuning Requirement:

Tuning is required after installation. Since this kit converts your engine to a non-MDS camshaft setup, the MDS system must be disabled in the calibration for proper operation.

Tuner Options by Vehicle Year:

• TSP-TS-3000: For supported applications up to 2014.
• TSP-TS-3002: For 2015+ Dodge/Ram applications.

Supported Applications for TSP-TS-3000:

• 2005–2014 Dodge/Chrysler Cars with 5.7L HEMI
• 2011–2014 Dodge/Chrysler Cars with 6.4L HEMI
• 2005–2014 Ram Trucks with 5.7L or 6.4L HEMI

Important Notes for 2015+ Vehicles Using TSP-TS-3002:

• PCM unlock required: 2015+ vehicles require an unlocked PCM before tuning can be performed.
• Cross-ship process: After receiving the tuner, the customer must complete Diablosport’s PCM cross-ship form. An unlocked PCM will be shipped along with a prepaid return label for the factory PCM.
• 2018+ applications: Includes both a bypass module and bypass harness. Cars use the harness, while trucks use the module.
• 2019+ applications: The factory PCM must be read before installing the unlocked PCM. Instructions are included with the replacement unit.

Additional Notes:

• Designed for non-MDS camshaft setups only.
• Be sure to select the correct tuner option based on your vehicle year.
